Barnegat

The Barnegat Branch of Century 21 Pacesetter Realty was opened in April of 1986 and we enjoyed immediate success.  In December of 2006 we moved to our beautiful and present location at 311 South Main Street.  Most of our associates are local residents and very knowledgeable of the area and all its amenities – from our quaint downtown area to our bay beach and fishing pier, excellent schools, parks, restaurants, family neighborhoods and active adult communities.  Over the past 21 years we have grown into an active member of the community through the many efforts of our associates.

Manahawkin

The Manahawkin Office is the newest of our three branches and is growing rapidly. So
far this year, we have increased our business 75% over last year. We are located on an ideal spot on Route 72 with excellent access to sales on Long Beach Island, the waterfront homes of Beach Haven West, and the Ocean Acres market. We are also
making our presence felt in the Tuckerton and Little Egg Harbor markets.
